Washington, D.C. trip wrap-up
For anyone waiting for a video of our third day in D.C., I’m afraid that I haven’t really got anything for you.
We spent our last full day doing various things that couldn’t really be recorded on video. Jeremy and Devin went to a nice sushi place, then we went to a mall for a few hours before going ice skating. That evening, we took a trip to the White House, then rode the subway in multiple directions (unintentionally), making it back to Jeremy’s house after about an hour of sitting in terminals and train cars.
I’ve actually got about six minutes of footage of us talking about the trip as a whole, taken at intervals during that hour of waiting. I’m not sure that anyone besides the four of us would find it all that interesting, however, so I have opted not to put together a video from the footage. I did enjoy making the other two videos, however, and I think I might try to incorporate digital video into future updates.
Speaking of which, I’ll be returning to regular posting shortly. With any luck, I’ll have enough free time tomorrow to put together an update tomorrow.
If you’ve taken the time to check out the videos from our trip, let me know what you think. I’m new to the video editing process, but it’s something that I would be interested in becoming more acquainted with in the future. If you have any thoughts or feedback on what I’ve done so far, please feel free to share them with me.
